  1. Ranking on major search term is the primary goal for the customer.
  2. They want good quality traffic on the website that generate quality leads.

Challenges

– Client was earlier enrolled themselves with other agency and didn’t find any major improvements because the team has more into OFF Page SEO activities only.

– Focusing solely on OFF page practices the ranking of the website is poor.

– The other agency working on keyword wise as per the package. They are targeting only 10 keywords which is limiting the website performance.

– Technically website have broken links, structural issues, internal duplicities etc.

– Blogs on the website are stuffed with AI generated content.

– ON Page SEO basic elements like meta title, meta description are not properly optimized based on the user intent for the service pages targeted

Strategy & Plan of Action

• We have started the project 3 months back and the first step that team has taken to run the SEO audit on 2 tools i.e. Ubersuggest & SEMrush.

• Website had found issues related to technical things like WWW resolve, broken links. All these issues were taken seriously by the team and they had fixed them.

• Once we are done with the basic thing our team started the keyword research and created the content strategy that drive results.

• After content strategy creation the team of writers has started writing content based on the user intent.

• Parallelly Team has removed all the blogs that have AI generated content and rewrite them accordingly.

• After passing 1st month of work the website has seen some improvements in impressions as some of the keywords started ranking on top 3 pages for major terms.

• Based on this team has plan the OFF page SEO practices accordingly and increase the website domain rating score.

Results

1. Website traffic increased from 4.02K visitor in 3 months to 42K Visitors in 3 months.

2. 65 Keywords are currently ranking on Top 3 positions.

3. 89 Keywords are ranking on Position 4 to 10.
