Introduction: Dr. Aditi’s Homoeo Health Multi-Speciality Clinic is a homeopathic clinic in Chandigarh. She also provides online consultation globally like Canada, Australia, USA, Singapore, Europe and many other countries.

CHALLENGE

The major challenge was to improve lead generation performance from Google Ads . Based on the before performance data, the account was facing the following challenges:

  • Inefficient use of ad spend – Earlier Budget was being spent on display networks
  • Bring relevant traffic
  • Controlling CPC
  • Low Conversions
  • Unstable performance trends

ACTIONS WE TOOK

By keeping in mind the client requirements we decided to make changes in google ads account and created three focused campaigns:

  1. Smart Campaign (Local Audience):
    Targeted local users to increase visibility and generate relevant clinic inquiries.
  2. Search Campaign (Tricity):
    Focus on higher-intent searches from Tricity (Chandigarh, Mohali, Zirakpur, and Panchkula).
  3. Search Campaign (PB, HR, HP – Online Consultation):
    Targeted Punjab, Haryana, and Himachal Pradesh to scale online consultation leads.

Created a dedicated ad landing page to improve user experience and increase lead (https://allhomoeo.com/homeopathy-doctor/).

By doing this, we were able to:

  • Bring Relevant Audience to the Website
  • Reduce the CPC and Conversion Costs.
  • Improved campaign efficiency and consistency
  • Increased number of high quality leads

CONCLUSION:

Clicks increased from 3.43K to 11K
Conversions grew from 21 to 207.98
Cost Per lead reduced from ₹1549 to ₹370

Overall lead quality and campaign efficiency improved significantly
