Introduction: URBAN BOND CLEANING (www.urbanbondcleaning.com.au) is Brisbane based bond cleaning company. Manage sites of all sizes, from large sites requiring permanent day staff and a large team of after-hours cleaners to small sites requiring a daily visit by one cleaner.

CHALLENGE

The major challenge was to get quality leads at lower cost. Also compete with the Top Competitors and get the Top Ad Rank. Some of the challenges were:

  • Reducing the Cost Per Lead
  • Achieving High Impression Share
  • Maintaining a Strong Ad Rank
  • Avoid budget exhaustion during peak demand hours

ACTIONS WE TOOK

We researched and planned a few phrase match keywords to attract more customers to the website .
Initially, we launched a single campaign with limited keywords. To improve performance, we made website enhancements (i.e, added relevant keywords to the website, adding CTA’s and more) and continuously added keywords based on performance insights.. By doing this, we were able to:

  • Reduce the CPC and Conversion Costs.
  • Generate High Quality Leads
