The Problem

The management at VisionVivaah gave us a simple task; to dramatically increase the number of wedding bookings they were achieving.

Our Solution

We set about testing the most effective audience to target our advertising to and then funneled through enquiries to an automated system of generating leads and wedding bookings. Initially we started up with Google AdWords , Facebook & Instagram Sponsored Ads, tested different combinations of Ads & Landing Pages and created and tested the most eye catching and effective adverts and landing pages for the venue. We were able to create a highly effective advertising campaign with a low Cost per click and generating over 100 leads in just 4 weeks which were funneled down to 12 qualified appointments. Adding to Sponsored Ads, we strategized on SEO/SMO for organic traffic, which with a passage of time helped them to generate more inquiries and come up as a Brand!

The Results

By testing over different combinations of ads, we settled on the most effective within one week. Our campaign lead to a significant rise in brochure downloads which were automatically funneled down to wedding enquiries and wedding bookings
